RAPIDES REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER NOTARY GUIDE

READ THE GUIDE

FACILITY DETAILS

Rapides Regional lists its main hospital at 211 Fourth Street, Alexandria, and its Women’s and Children’s Hospital separately at 501 Medical Center Drive.

Its visitor guidance says that from 5:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the main hospital’s Emergency Room entrance and the Women’s and Children’s Scott Entrance are the only public entrances.

BEFORE A SIGNING

Confirm which building and patient unit are involved before requesting a signing; a unit or entrance can change the check-in plan, and the hospital must separately approve any professional visit.

Have the finished document, signer’s identification, and any required witnesses ready. The signer must choose to participate and communicate directly; clinical care comes first. An independent notary is not affiliated with the hospital.

DIRECTORY & GUIDES

KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.

Notaries listed here are independent professionals. A time request is not a booking; the notary must confirm availability, fees, and the appointment directly. Listings do not imply our endorsement.

Guides are general information, not legal advice. Public landmarks are orientation points, not a notary office or an approved signing venue. Confirm current requirements with the receiving party.
