The guides, tools, and Hannah provide general information, not legal advice. Laws, forms, agency instructions, and receiving-party requirements may change. Check current official sources and the recipient's instructions before acting.
DIRECTORY LISTINGS.
Notaries are independent businesses. A listing is not a government credential, endorsement, guarantee of availability, or appointment. Confirm commission status, authority, services, fees, travel, identity requirements, and timing directly with the notary. Search distance is approximate. The location used to rank results is not a public office or meeting address.
SPONSORED CARDS.
Paid profiles and placements are labeled Sponsored. Payment affects content-page placement but not distance order in Find A Notary. The Listing Agreement governs notary applications and subscriptions.
HANNAH AND TOOLS.
Hannah can find published guides and directory listings but can be incomplete or mistaken. She cannot select legal documents, provide legal advice, choose a notary for you, quote fees, or confirm an appointment. A public landmark is an orientation reference—not a notary address, government affiliation, or approved signing venue.
EXTERNAL SITES.
Official agencies, maps, notary websites, social networks, and payment services have their own terms and privacy practices. Mentioning them does not establish an affiliation.
